Superior Texas Car Wash & Lube

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at this car wash, which stands as the least impressive I've visited to date. The staff are unprofessional and incompetent. The surposed cleaning left my vehicle so unclean that I proceeded straight to another car wash for a more thorough cleaning. The interior had evidently not been vacuumed, remaining nearly as dirty as prior to the service. The individual responsible for interior cleaning frequently stated he had overlooked the areas I identified or claimed he was not accountable for cleaning certain parts of the vehicle. This service was a regrettable expenditure of $30. I called the manager, who asked what part of the vehicle i had a complaint about as he was only responsible for the cleaning of certain part of the vehicle. I got so frustrated that i drove away to another car wash

Star. Very bad experience. While washing my car, they damaged my tire, and after that they refused to take responsibility or help fix the problem. Very unprofessional customer service and no accountability. I trusted them with my vehicle and ended up with damage and stress. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We stopped to just get the love bugs off the windshield since we traveled from flawda and we received great service. The manager came out to check and wasn't satisfied with the first result and sent us back thru. We were more than happy with this experience.

Amazing service every time. The team here is super welcoming and takes real pride in their work. My car looked brand new when they were done. Fast, efficient, and great customer service exactly what you want in a car wash. Highly recommend!

They seem to do a lot of business. BUT! That could be the problem. They are nice and friendly, except for the cashier. But I noted a lot of people having issues with the end result of their vehicle. Including me. The young lady who was explaining the packages they offered seem to not know how to explain the packages and what you get for what price. The guy who seemed to be in charge was running around trying to keep things going. And I commend him because he was all over the place. Doing some of everything. His problem was. Some of the employees weren't working up to par. I give 3 stars because Before I left. I had to point out a lot of missed spots that were obvious like door handles and missed spots of tire shine, big spots. Plus, when I got home I was able to look at my rims from a different angle and they missed a lot. I ended up having to clean them.
